About me: Where hair, art, and personal attention come together

Hi! I'm Romy. Welcome to my studio.

My love for the hairdressing profession actually began when I was very young. My father was my very first 'model'; from an early age, I was busy with his hair. That early fascination has never disappeared.

From top experience to own vision

After my hairdressing training, I honed my skills at renowned salons such as Het Haartheater and Rob Peetoom . Here, I laid the technical foundation and learned what high-end service means. However, at some point, I started to feel restless. I missed a sense of artistic freedom and even briefly considered trading the hairdressing world for art school or the fashion world.

Until I realized: why choose?

In my own studio, everything comes together. My background and interest in fashion and art ensure that I am always up to date with what is happening. I don't just look at hair trends, but at the bigger picture: shape, color, and your personal style. I truly view cutting and coloring as a creative process.

Homey atmosphere (and cookies!)

Besides hair and art, I have another great hobby: baking. And I love incorporating that into the salon. It is important to me that you feel at ease with me. That is why you often receive one of my homemade cookies with your coffee or tea. Just a moment for yourself.

In the genes

I recently discovered something special that connects me even more to my profession. My grandmother, whom I sadly lost far too young, turned out to have been a hairdresser as well. It feels very special to know that this passion is apparently in my DNA and that, without knowing it, I have followed in her footsteps.
